Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative with a background in air,land and sea shipping and hands-on experience with logistics platforms.The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and coordination throughout the shipping process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide end-to-end support for air and sea freight shipments.
  • Coordinate with operations, documentation, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Maintain strong communication with overseas agents and clients.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, shipment status, and required documentation.
  • Monitor and track shipments, proactively update customers on delays or issues.
  • Manage complaints or service issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Support the sales and operations team in achieving KPIs and service quality standards.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-5years of experience in customer service within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of air and sea shipping procedures and documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with logistics platform and communication protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and logistics CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
